The makeup lady's name (also my threader ) is Alpa. You can see her in the 1st picture in the blue/purple.

The BM dresses were made in India. I went there a few months before the wedding to get all the stuff.

My reception lehnga is from Jackson Heights. Everything else was from India.

what a beautiful wedding! i love how everyone embraced each others traditions! And you all got to wear 2 outfits! Not many brides can say that! Congrats!

i love indian weddings! just attended one in october and it was one of the most fun weddings i've attended!

OK... I must say, that your wedding is totally WHAT'S UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was amazed at first to see the different culture wedding! THen to see ur husband and his fam/friends all participating, THAT is love.....LOVE, LOVE!!

I was going to ask if u had both traditions, and sure enough, the pix spoke for themselves... All hands down!!!!!!!!!! Your wedding and ceremonies were beautiful, unique and show alot of love!!
