I had THE WORST experience at PB and will never EVER recommend them to anyone!

Oh and the shipping for dresses 2 months before is a crock, my BM dresses came in 2 weeks before my wedding (not 2 months) and my dress arrived in February-Valentines Day to be exact......thats about 3 months prior.

Deal with Donna and tell her you want to be compensated, Peter will only talk to you if he is there and the sales people will give you the run around to get to him. Good Luck and really I hope that you get compensated for the aggravation.

That's awful. I'm so sorry you've had to go through this. I can't imagine dealing with something like that.

I'm so afraid of something like that happening to me so I ordered my dress no... very early but I want to make sure I have it (alterations are always available).
