Re: My WW meals

jello sugar free dulce de leche is fantastic (esp once you get past the splenda taste lol)

mmmmmmm Campbell's Chicken Alfredo is really good and easy. I made it for Dinner for FH and I:

half box of spaghetti (8oz)
1 lb. skinless boneless chicken breasts
10 oz condensed Campbells cream of mushroom soup (those lil cans)
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup parm cheese
broccili (as much as you want)

1. Cook spaghetti per instructions. Add broccili florettes the last 5 minutes so they get soft.
2. cut chicken breasts into small pieces and cook in frying pan (coat pan with olive oil spray or just extra virgin olive oil). I like to add mushrooms and onions at this point.
3. Once chicken is cooked thru (10-15min) mix in milk, soup, and cheese to chicken in pan and bring to boil. Then lower heat and let simmer so sauce thickens.
4. Mix spaghetti and broccili with chicken mixture.

salt to taste.

if you put all these ingredients into you recipe builder it should come out to 8 points per serving with about 6 servings.

Waldbaums has Sugar Free muffins...the brand is Butterfly Bakery. The muffins are big, normal sized muffins and theyre only 4 points.

I also think Fiber One bars are great cuz they're the biggest of all the cereal bars and still only 2 pts plus theyre filling.

Vita Brownies are awesome too!

I love the chocolate vita muffins. Make a good snack.. especially with a dab of fat free coo whip on top with fresh strawberries.
