I lost 3.2 lbs!!!!

and then fh and i went to the gym

and i went last night too

im on a roll!!!

If they have spin classes at your gym try them..DONT BE INTIMIDATED, thats what everyone says to me..but its SO MUCH FUN and addicting.

Also, another little tid bit that I love, when I get sweet cravings at night, make green tea with some organic milk...no sugar mm hmmm mmm

they do have spin and im dying to take it

i like the lights out thing b/c then no one can really see me...lol

You must try it!! It is usually hard the first 2 times (just turn the resistance lower) by the 3rd you are addicted!! Its so much fun!
