myglassslipper.com is driving me NUTS!!!

First, I fell in love with a pair of Vera Wang shoes.... they finally went on sale and I watched them for weeks while I continued to shop around.... according to the site, they still had my size in stock, so I ordered. Next day I get an email from them saying my size is sold out. Grrrr....

Okay, so I continue my search for shoes in Manhattan.... still no luck. I go back to the site and order a pair of shoes that look ALOT like the Vera Wangs I loved but from a new designer line they have -- the drop down list says 2 - 3 week delivery. Sure enough, next day I get an email saying they are on back order til August!!! W T F?

I can't find shoes I like anywhere and this is the only place I've seen shoes that I like. Do I wait for the shoes or settle for something else? My gown is supposed to be in in July... isn't August too late for shoes? Plus, this site -- for me at this point anyway -- is totally unreliable! Come August they could come out and say 'oh, sorry, the shoes are discontinued'.

I should start looking elsewhere and cancel my order, right?

What is the site's return policy?

If you can return them, keep the order and wait, if you find another pair...return them and buy the new ones you found.

Do you know when your fitting will be? or can you find out. My dress is in, my fittignisn't untill Aug 26th. You probably won't need your shoes before your fitting,b ut I know amy not want to cut it close.
I do agree though, if you can return them if they don't come in time. You may want to keep the order.
They may come in early.

I ordered from them and had to problems. I called the store to confirm my order and they were great. Maybe call the store to find out the deal....they will be able to give you more info.
