Anyone know of any cheap fights and nice hotels for a trip to Myrtle Beach? Advice?
There are No cheap flgihts out of Macarthur....however, there are some really cheap flights out of NY...and HOOTERS has flights now going from Newark to Mytle Beach...(LOL, Imagine their stewardesses)....umm...there are so many nice places to stay....do you plan to hav a car while you are there? There are soooo many hotels on the strip in Myrtle Beach, teh one I love is Camelot (I think thats the name)...looks like a castle...my parents stayed at Affordable Family Resort....all suites, on the strip and very cheap...and clean...all of the prices there are reasonable if you ask me in comparison to prices in NY!! Are you going to Bike week?? My AUnt lives in Surfside beach, which is about 10-15 mins form Myrtle Beach and I think is much classier....I mean its quieter...but if you do not have transportation, Myrtle Beach is the best plan!!!

Try Spirit Airlines - They're pretty cheap..
try any of the online places but don't try to go from mcarthur - try kennedy......its cheaper to pay for a taxi or get someone to drive you then pay the arm and 100 legs mcarthur charges lately (plus they seem to not have ANY direct fligths too!)
McArthur costs a fortune!! Its about a 13 hour drive from Sag Harbor (about 40 mins from THE END of the Island) if you rather drive it...not too bad of a drive....my aunt takes Spirit when she comes out!
