I got spray tan once. I was really pale and it was summer. It didn't make me orange. But I only went once- they say you should go like three times in a row over the course of 5 days or something. One time was enough for me and if I had wanted to keep it up, I would have done it maybe once every 5-7 days.
but did you look golden or brown when it was done?
I didnt have a good experince with it.. It was kind of streaky, and when it starts to wear off it comes off it patches.. plus there were parts of my body that came out tanner than others
i did airbrush tanning....my friend did it (she owns a salon in FL) I did like it...didnt feel orange or streaky.
I just tried it out a few weeks ago and I didnt like it... I didnt look orange and it didnt streak so that was good, but it smells weird and you cant shower for 6 hrs after, and they suggest you shower the next morning rather than before you go to be, so that is what I did and some of it must not have soaked in and it got all over my sheets and on my towels the next morning. That completely skeeved me out, so I wont do it again.
Has anyone been to a place in the city that they like? i am scared its going to rub off on my dress if i sweat and stuff- lol!
I know someone who got it and it started wearing off around her mouth in a really gross way!
I have a friend who got airbrush tanning done for a wedding we went to last month. It looked good in person. She was a nice shade of brownish goldenish or whatever, but in all the photos we took she looked SO orange. I was going to get it done for my eparty until I saw those pics of her. I tried everything to fix her coloring - I adjusted the saturation and brightness and I couldnt fix it. She photographed like an oompa loompa.
I hate to say it because it is so bad for you and everything but the best way to get a little glow is to go tanning. I dont think a few sessions will hurt you (so long as you are careful not to burn). IMHO only.
