Hello girls....need some help...i live in West Babylon usually get my nails done on wellwood ave Lori's nails...i go there because the place is cheap and if you get the right girl she will do a good job however for the wedding (witch is next weekend...holy crap) i want someone that i know will do a good job and they won't chip the next day. Can anyone recommend a salon? Please and i would prefer not to travel too far...just running out of time. Thank you.

I dont know the area, but I would start calling friends for local recommendations.
Or Call now and make an appointment with your favorite person there.

If you're willing to spend the money- Fitness Incentive in Babylon Village has a nice spa- they do AMAZING manis/pedis... but its going to cost you. I know the pedi is like 50- not sure about the mani.
I usually go to Perfect Nails on Little East Neck Rd (up by the number streets). They're pretty good.

I used to live in W Bab and went to Momo's Nails on Montauk Highway in Copiague. They did my nails for the wedding.
I now live in E Islip and STILL go to Momo's!

Pretty nails in farmingdale...is that too far?
And get Sally Hansen quick dry clear nail polish. When you wake up, put it on. 1 coat drys in like, 2 mins. It will make your nails shine a bit more and will give you an extra layer of protection.

I live in West Babylon too and go to Leon's Nail on Little East Neck Rd. It's kinda a hole in the wall, but they do great work and they have great prices.

I love a nail salon on merrick rd in lindenhurst..Sorry I don't know the name but it is in the shopping center where rainbow bakery, mama's restraunt, and friendlys is. They also do awesome eyebrows.

Gloss Nail in North Bab on DPA across from Sunset City is really reasonable and the regular pedicure includes a mint exfoliation type thing, hot stone massage, & parrifin on your heels. A mani/pedi is $25, but on Mondays, I think it's only $20. But...I don't like the guy that sits on the right side when you walk in...the guys on the left are better...& the girls are all good. I just started going there...used to go to Floris in North Bab in the Pathmark shopping center (20 seconds passed Gloss Nail) & they're good but overpriced & the polish chips quickly...they are $29 for mani/pedi.
Sometime I also go to You & I in Babylon Village across from Mary Carrolls if I'm in the area...they do half price waxing on Mondays. They're descent & give you a really long shoulder/neck massage during manicure & long foot/leg one during pedicure. They're $25 for mani/pedi
