nail salon prices ?

I know this was posted awhile ago, but I cannt find the thread.

1- how much do they charge for fill ins?

2- how much for design?

3- how much for change of polish?

4- how do you determine what salon to go to proce, location?

1- 15.00
2- nothing
3- 5.00
6- location & price

The reason I ask is the place I go to is in a beauty salon and they are now opening up a nail salon two doors down. I like where I go but would like to try another place to see their work. Should I just stay where I am?

Regardless of price I always try to find a place that's clean and friendly. In NYC I find prices for a reg. mani about $3-5 more than in Whitestone. So now I get everything done in Whitestone for 1/2 the price of NYC

In Flushing I used to go to Youngs on 29th Avenue and 162nd street - there abouts. I liked Nicky for fill ins when I had wraps - she made them look fantastic!

1. $18

2. Free up to one color....from there depends on intricacy of design and how many different colors

3. $5

4. Price and then I got to kow my nail people and they are really nice!!!

Donna - where in whitestone, I am from Flushing? the place I go to is clean but I dont know if I should try the new place or not.

Angel Nails in Whitestone Shopping Center.

Not sure where in Flushing you are but I also like the nail salon on Station Rd by the LIRR station.

I go to Silver Nails in Brooklyn and I pay:
1- $16 for acrylic fill-ins

2- designs are free

3- $5 for change of polish

4- I have been going to them for 10 years because they are 4 blocks from my house
