Nails....

What's a good place to get your nails wrapped or get fake nails put on that don't look cheesy? I have been working late hours and biting my nails!!! YUCK!

I just want relatively short tips that make my nails look clean and pretty. Nothing crazy - nothing like what people had in 1998!

Suggestions?

UPDATE: I should mention that I live in the Plainview area but am willing to travel a little bit for a really good place

Cara di Spa in Babylon Village is awesome (use Nancy) Or Milk and Honey in Commack (use Michelle) I do silk wraps, short and thin and my nails look very natural.

i agree go with silk wrap then. If you do acrylic or mostly anything else it will make them thick and not look as natural if thats what youre going for.

Honestly, if you're OK with polish - get Nailtiques #2 - they sell it in Harmon.

Put it on every day until your wedding. Your nails will be FABULOUS. I swear. I do cleaning, typing, moving, lifting, play sports, everything that's bad for your nails - they were FUG.

I used this stuff and my nails were strong healthy beautiful nails for the wedding - of course I stopped using it so my nails are fug again.

But trust me - go get it.

I have been getting acrylic for a long time and my nails do not look fake at all! They are not thick either. I go to Aroma Nails in Selden off of 25. I LOVE them!!!!
