What is everyone thinking of doing for the big day? I hate getting French so I think I want to opt out of that.

I prob will end up doing boring french with a sparkle but was also still looking. I been looking on instagram a lot. I never thought about pintrest.

Anyway I do like the idea of a color to match the bridal party or your shoes.

Red is also very classic

All I know is i want sparkles!!!

If I wasn't going with French, I'd probably do a pale pink like Essie's ballet slippers. Maybe a little sparkle on the ring finger :)

I like the idea of the matching the BMs but they're wearing chocolate brown so I want something prettier than that color lol

If I weren't doing french I would do a pale pink with some sparkle on one nail or a sexy red color.

There is a color called french affair (i believe) by essie and I plan on getting that with a white heart on both ring fingers with a little sparkle as well...

I am a gel manicure girl...and I only like my nails super, super short. My girls are wearing a BM dress color called spiced wine, so I'll have my nails & feet a deep purple-ish color. It's at the end of Sept and I LOVE dark fall nails :)

When I first started getting gel manicures regularly I noticed a difference in my nails, they are usually strong and it made them very weak. Now I get them done once in awhile for special occasions and haven't had an issue. I think doing it once in awhile won't weaken them. At least that's what I've noticed.

I've done gel for over a year but I've done acrylic for over 10 years so I'm bad person to ask but I'm sure one use won't matter.

I'm a french girl. Lol I always get french manicures. The day before my big day I am taking out my girls for mani and pedis with a couple of mimosas to go with =)

I love the gel mani for that reason -lasting two weeks. It does weaken your nails if you do it regularly - so be careful. However for special occassions you will be fine.
