nails weak

nails weak

my fingernails are so very weak lately. they break and split all the time. Its so annoyong as they catch on everything and I constantly have to file them, when will they grow? I take a multi vitamin everyday and drink milk.
What else can I do to make them grow??

Use nailtique everyday, they'll start getting stronger immediately.

There are two that I have found really work,
Nail-Tek and Maximum Nail Hardener.
