Did any of you have a house, condo, or coop with your FH before you got married? If so, how did you go about changing your name on the title of the place?

I own a house with my FH, but I never really thought of this. I'm thinking it probably doesn't really matter if you change it or not?!?!?

I was wondering the same thing. I guess you would go through the town for the deed and your mortgage company. I don't know who else knows who you own a place.

we just bought a house and lawyer said it would be easy when the time came... just call mortgage broker/lawyers and tell them
