Does filing your marriage license legally change your name??? I am trying to figure out passport stuff for the honeymoon....we are leaving 4 days afterwards, am I going to have a problem since my passport and license will have my maiden name on them??

I don't think so. You have to go to the DMV and SS to change your name officially. I would keep your passport in your maiden name.
Your marriage license should have your maiden name also bc otherwise it would look like your marrying a sibling or cousin!

No, getting a marriage license has no bearing on your name.

use FIs name when you book for the HM - that way you won't have any problems with the name change as far as HM vendors looking up your name. that's what i'm going to do.
