Hey ladies, I have a weird and probably stupid question haha. There is no time limit to when you can change your name right? I want to wait until the end of the summer since I'm applying to jobs and I don't know how long it will take for them to change it on my official certification and I don't want there to be any problems. It will be easier to just use my name for a few more months.

Looks like it will be easier to keep your maiden name. There should be no problems. As far as your certification is concerned, you may get by just showing your marriage license proving the name change....Depending on the type of cert. You may not even need to go through the red tape.
Nope no limit. I had to wait several months before I changed mine since we booked our HM 4 months after the wedding in my maiden name.
No limit. And my tax advisor actually told me I should wait until the new year so I don't have a hard time with my taxes since most of the year would be single and three months I would be married.
