Does anyone know what forms we need and how to get them? I know I need to do DMV and SSecurity but what else?

DMV, Social Security, Health Insurance (usually once you have your new SS card), go to the bank to change account names, call your credit card companies.....ummmmm.....that's all I've got so far....there are posts on here if you search....
