My mom was divorced 5 years ago. She was keeping her married name for my brothers sake. Now that he is older she wants to change her name back. I told her I would find out how... is it the same way as you change your name when you get married?

I dont' think so - because I believe you change it on the marriage license. she should probably get in touch with social security and find out if they can help her

Yes...it is the same except instead of showing your marriage license at DMV and SS, you need to show a divorce decree. Try this website for more info...
