I spoke to a few girls who actually started the process of changing their names before they got married. Since you already have the marriage license. Are any of you doing that or already do that?

when i went to social security they said they required only the official marriage certificate with the raised seal that you get in the mail after the wedding. dmv wanted same thing... maybe theyre changing credit cards?

You cannot change your name unless you have your marriage certificate. You cannot get this until after you are married. You can print out the forms for SS, DMV and your passport and begin filling them out but you cannot do anything official.
