Name on Invitation

Hi Everyone!

I have a very Italian first name that I do not go by. Most people know that is my real name but I go by a shortened version of my real name which everyone calls me. My question is: which name do I put on the invitation?

My wedding is April 29, 2001 and I still haven't ordered my invitations because of this! Any suggestions?
