Nannies

Does anyone have a nanny they use that came through an agency? I am looking for agency references if anyone knows of a good one.

I will post tomorrow with my birth story. I tried to soon after I was home but was having trouble posting for some reason. I will need to have my husband help remind me of the details so look for my story tomorrow!
Joseph is doing just great! I wish I could post a picture but I can never get them to upload b/c they are too big and I don't know how to get them under 50k. The resizer never works for me...Any ideas?

I should open up a daycare center, looks like my first few customers can be found right on LIW !!

I dont know if i want the OVERWHELMING 24-7 responsibility of a daycare center...
I love kids though !
