Narrow feet
I had bought a pair that you put by your toes. I dont think it made that big of a difference. Do they have a strap? I usually just punch another hole in it

Do you have narrow feet and do they work? My shoes are sandals are they compatible with that style.

Re: Narrow feet
I have very narrow and small feet. I am inbetween sizes so they help a lot when my shoes are a little big. I am not sure if they would work with sandals or peeptoe shoes. They might be visable with sandals. I think they are less than $10 so it might be worth buying a pair to test them out.

Re: Narrow feet
I think this is the reason I have a really hard time with peep toes. When I got fitted for running shoes they said my feet were narrow. With the shoes I bought for my wedding, they gave me these gel inserts that go by the sole of your foot and I find that my feet don't slide around. Other than that, I have just been avoiding peep toe shoes because I don't know a better answer either!

Re: Narrow feet
They seem to help, but I haven't tried them with sandals or peep toes yet. They came with my shoes from Shoes of Prey but you can probably find them in a drug store and they are like a gel texture with little bumps. I'm not sure though I'll have to test them out with different shoes to see if they really stop my foot from sliding forward.
