Anyone have any suggestions for a great place in the bahamas? I'd love your suggestions. We were thinking of some place in Nassau.

Definately check out tripadvisor.com they have great reviews. I've never been to the bahamas, but I know they have Atlantis and a Sandals

I went to Atlantis a few years ago and I absolutely loved it. I want to go back so badly. The restaurants (even the casual places) can be on the expensive side but they do offer meal plans at varying rates.

We are going to the Atlantis and yes they have an American Meal plan, breakfast, lunch and dinner, I think it's $57 a day per person, which is a good deal. It doesn't include their $$$ resturants, but I thought the choices I do have were good enough.
I like the fact that there is so much to do at the resort, if we didn't want to leave the resort we don't have too!
The Sandals Royal Bahamian I hear is okay, not as grand as some of their other resorts, like in St. Lucia, but if your trying to keep your HM on a budget, they are a bit cheaper than Atlantis.
We were quoted $3700 for a week at the Atlantis, ocean view with terrace, meal plan and airfare.
For Sandals it was all-inclusive, ocean view for $2900 with the airfare.
