Nassau County Locations for Ceremony and Reception... Any Suggestions....
I want to get a married August 2009. Someone suggested Coral House?? Never been there and havnt heard much of it... Does anyone have suggestions as to the Coral House or any nice waterfront, garden locations in Nassau??

The coral house is nice. I didn't check it out when looking for a RH because my HS had most of it's proms there. I went to a few of them and just couldn't envision getting married at the same place my prom was. I would check it out.

Jericho Terrace. Inn at New Hyde Park. The Riviera (thisis on the water) Bidgeview Yachtclub (on the water as well)

For places on the water check out Lombardi's on the Sound, Riviera, Venetian Yacht Club & Bridgeview Yacht Club.

Swan Club... it has gardens and water (but just like a pond).

Chateau Briand. I know someone who just went to a wedding at the Coral house and she said the food was eh. She said she orded steak and got something that looked like roast beef.

It's not waterfront, but Westbury Manor has a beautiful garden

*San Souci *Swan Club *Bridgeview Yacht Club *Venetian Yacht Club *Chatea La Mer
They have beautiful water locations.

I'm actually getting married at the Coral House next year. I think it's a beautiful venue, and its so decently priced that FH & i couldnt pass it up since we are paying for the wedding ourselves.
an 08er just got married there this weekend, MyBelle...she has a few pictures and she told me that the coral house made her wedding so much better!
