My FMIL is in charge of making the arrangements for our rehearsal dinner, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere, so I could help her out.

not sure of their pricing but Bobs Place in Floral Park is nice.
We had my sister's bridal shower at Ground Round in Levittown. They have a few areas to have parties. One is near the bar, another is a walled off small area, and if your party is a little larger and you want total seclusion, they have a downstairs room which was perfect for teh shower. It was small, but had it's own bathroom, mini bar, and could fit easily (I think she had about 25-30 people there). Everyone complimented the food, we did buffet style. My mom paid for it so I'm not sure how much it cost but I know that there were different packages based upon your budget and what you wanted. It's worth a look!

I'm having my e-party at Domenicos in Levvittown next week...so far everything has been great and I've heard nothing but good things about the food

If you like Italian family style...any of the LaParmas are good...there's one in Oceanside, Williston Park

I second LaParma! My bro and sis both had their rehearsal dinners at the one in Oceanside. We had our own room too!

Cafe Testerosa in Woodbury. I had my shower there and the food and service was awesome. SO GOOD\ and very reasonable

I went to one at La Parma and it was really nice. Food was great.
My sister had hers at Vincent's and that was also really nice-- although they dont have a private room -- they just section off an area for you

i had my e party here too, it was really great for what you got for the price. we used the bakery (dortoni) to do our eparty favors- individually boxed pastries. the nice thing was, domenicos sent people over to pick up the favors for us so we didnt have to worry about storing them and transporting them!
