Nassau Hotels

We are getting married at the Westbury Manor and are thinking about staying in Nassau the night of the wedding before we take off on our honeymoon. Can anyone suggest a nice hotel that we can spend wedding night at? I like the Rose Clairmont hotel in Roslyn, but just wanted to see if there were others out there to consider.

Thanks

How about the Garden City Hotel? It's very pretty although can be alittle expensive but well worth it !

You can try the Inn and Fox Hollow in Woodbury or the Wingate in Garden City.

If you look under vendoor coupons on the home page of liweddings.com then you'll see an advertisement from Garden City Hotel. They have a wedding night package special. I have been there and it is gorgeous!!!!

We stayed at the Harrison House in Glen Cove. It was just beautiful. The other suggestions that have been mentioned are also nice - the Garden City Hotel and the Roslyn Claremont. You can't go wrong at any of these, although they can be pricy - up to $415 in some instances.

I am staying at the Harrison House - $139/night for a beautiful hotel - You can't beat that!

I stayed at the Roslyn Claremont on my wedding night, June 9th, and I was really disappointed. The hotel itself is nice, but the room was barely adequate. I would try the Garden City Hotel- that was my first choice, but it was completely booked because of the Belmont Stakes, U.S. Open, etc.

Since the Scotto Brothers own Westbury Manor, I would recommend staying at the Fox Hollow Inn (they own that too), I got a really good deal (under $200) for the night of my wedding (October 4th) for the Honeymmon suite. They are also letting me use their garden to take pictures the day of my wedding since I'm getting married at the Chateau Briand (another Scotto Brother's location). It's a new hotel and I hear it's really pretty so it worth a try, just tell them that you're getting married at WM.
