Nassau Property Tax

mynassauproperty.com will give you the new assessments of your home under 'Property Search'. If you look under 'Press Release', it will explain the tax impact.

Basically, the homes in Nassau have been reassessed (more like market value) and as a result our taxes will be 1% of that reassessed value. Not including school tax and if you have, village taxes. School and village taxes will be added to that 1% value!

Some towns will experience an increase, some will stay relatively the same and some will increase!
