Is this suppose to be accurate? My house is appraised at least 50k less on this site, and how creepy is it that they have a close up picture of my house, that means they had to come into our long private driveway in order to take that picture (our house is not on a public street).

Is it the assessed value or the appraised value? I know it used to just have the assessed value, which is way lower than what you could get if you sold. The assessed value is how they determine taxes, if I remember correctly.

It is creepy, all the information they put on the site. It's a burgler's dream, IMO.

it is the appraised value, the reason why I said I know the value shows much less on this site is because we recently just had an appraiser come in to appraise the house ( I just bought my house from my parents).

The property description on the site is not entirely accurate either, which I am fine with, cuz like you said, these info is like a burgler's dream!
