This always happens on the train! I look around and see people who have blantantly disrespected the open toe sandal or flip flop! Girls are just as guilty as guys! Stop the MADNESS!!

I never understand that and even when people do not paint there toe nails during the summer i can understand in the winter time. in the summer a girls feet should look nice.

Ok NOT EVEN KIDDING... a woman I work with has this and always wears open toed shoes. She must get paid at least $300k a year...I mean come on...hello health insurance or wear socks and shoes!!
