Re: Nasty Receptionist at Church!!!!

ugh- I hate to admit it- but the biggest hassle for my wedding so far has been getting a church.

my church is too small with low ceilings, so I have to find another one,

i've been ignored, or not called back, or the prices were CRAZY HIGH.

it's a wonder people still get married in a church anymore!

I would honestly set up a meeting and then let the people in charge know that the woman was rude.

That is no way to treat someone, how busy can she be manning church phones that she doesn't have a moment to be nice?

...people can just suck...
GOD FORGIVE THEM!!

Wow! How unacceptable. You should definitely say something when you speak to the coordinator. I hope she calls you soon!

Yea I found that the people I called at my church weren't so friendly but nothing that you just experienced. It's ok. You'll be one step closer to booking your church

have you tried going in person? sometimes you get better results, people have a harder time being impolite in person.

oh man!!!!!! i would tell the director this when you get a call back from them. but just so you know, some churches take forever to get back to you if your wedding is over a year away
