I HIGHLY wouldnt recommend them! FI and I booked with them about 4 months ago. We met with Ana and she was very pushy and rude. We agreed on a price and she wrote up a contract. When I got I realized she forgot to write something in on the contract. I emailed her and asked her for a revised contract (the thing she left out was a color--it shouldnt have affected the price). Well, the new contract was $300 more than the old one. We scheduled an appointment to come in and meet with her to review this new contract. On the morning of the appointment I called to confirm. She told me that I'd have to reschedule b/c she had a wedding! We were driving from an hour away and SHE was the one who scheduled this appointment to begin with! Then she gave all these bull sh*t excuses about why she was cancelling (other than the wedding). This was the 3rd time they cancelled appointments with us without giving us prior notice. Then we said we wanted our deposit back and to cancel b/c they were completely unprofessional. The owner told us he would do so, but we didnt get the check in the mail. We had to threaten them with a lawsuit before we were able to get it back.

Sorry this was so long...but I had to let you know! For your own good--DO NOT book with them! You can find comparable prices elsewhere--try Flowers by Burton--thats where we ended up booking with after all the National Floral drama.

I have been working with Ana and have nothing but NICE things to say about her. I went in for my initial consultation and she took her time to work through some ideas with me. I brought her pictures and she was able to help me bring my ideas to life. When I told her (30 minutes into the appointment) that I did not want centerpieces - only bok's and bouts- she was completely understanding and still dedicated a lot of time to me at our consultation. I told her that I wasnt ready to put money down and I wanted to review the initial contract at home first. She was very understanding and patient and gave me all my quotes to take home to look over.

After I reviewed the contract, I scheduled a second appointment. I told her that I wanted to take some things out to bring the costs down. I gave her my budget and without making any changes to the bok's sizes or flower contents, she was able to meet my budget exactly, while still offering me EXACTLYwhat I wanted. She was great to work with and very understanding of my budgetary concerns. I did not feel pressured or rushed at all by her to make a decision.

Working with Ana has been a very pleasant experience. I do reccomend working with National Floral based on my experiences so far.
