National Wholesale Florist

I have a question I went to them yesterday to see what they can do for me & although we didn't book b/c I already have a florist but may soon be in teh process of searchign for another one she told me that she woudl make me a sample centerpiece. I told her my current situation but I was just wondering for those that went to see them will they make you a sample even though you don't book or will they only make one after you book. Thanks for any help you can give.
