Natural Nails vs.Tips

ok here is the poll?? Natural nails or tips? Right now I have natural nails and i always bounce between the two...my SIL just got UV nails and omg I am jealous I want them anyone have them or ever had them and what do you prefer?

well i would love to have natural nails but im a nail biter so im going to have to get tips put on..

i always have natural nails, but mine grow quickly and get very long

I 2nd the nail biter syndrome!!! It's horrible... Fh likes to make fun of my 'lil boy hands'

I dont have extra money to go spending on nails at the moment.. so what I do is... buy a nail kit for $5 (has all diff sizes and theres like 100 nails i think) and put them on myself.... I've been told they look pretty good so I will continue on using em...

My natual nails are long but it just feels wierd when they are long because they are so thin i think I will end up getting tip but they are so much $$$

Im a nail bitter also!

I need to have tips... and then when they get long enough have them wrapped so that i cant bite them. I just recently went back to natural nails and they dont look as nice

i have natural nails now after having tips forever...they don't look as long and lovely but I like that they dont look fake anymore

thats how I feel I like that they dont look fake but then I look at hers and I envy them they are so pretty !!

I have tips...my natural nails are too weak and always break. And I do the permanency french tips so it always looks like a fresh manicure

I have acrylic over my nails ever since the day after I got engaged. I find that it makes the nail polish last longer. My natural nails always break and the polish chips so they look better when i get them done.

i am too a nail bitter so i get the permanent french tips and i love the way that they look. They look so clean and neat. I love the way they look with my e-ring

i personally like the way a long natural nail looks better...the key is to know how to file them right, if they get very narrow and probably rounded, you need to file them a bit square shaped

I LOVE MY TIPS I HAVE THE UV TIPS AS WELL MY REAL NAILS ARE GROSS SO I HAVE MY TIPS THEY MAKE MY HANDS LOOK SO MUCH NICER.

i havve done tips a couple times.....especially after i got the ring...and i always end up ripping them off and ruining my nails. so now im sticking to natural nails!! (even tho i always say that and go back to tips )

i go to LuLu's Nails in mt. sinai. they do a good job and they are not expensive at all.

I got to Plainview Nails which is obviously in Plainview! They do a great job and are reasonably priced

i bounce between the two... i recently stopped biting my nails though so i may stick to natural. i definitely like natural better for comfort, but tips totally look better.

I have always been a nail biter my entire life. But, for the last couple of years I have gotten tips (on and off) But, since getting engaged I have kept them done consistently because it looks better with the ring . Since the time they have been on my own nails have grown. I have to wrap my own nails because my own nail isn't strong enough. Maybe you could get it for extra proection if your nails are not strong enough.
