Navy Blue?

Navy Blue?

So when my Sister got married my Mom wore Brown. So since I could remember maybe 3 months into dating his Mom would always say 'I'm wearing Brown' like as a cute reminder that she wants us to get married and she already has her outfit planned.

Now it's nothing against Blue people but it's just my least favorite color so I told both FMIL and Mom that they could wear any color but Blue any Blue! Just not what I like. So my Mom said FMIL could wear brown and she'll find another color. Well guess what color both of them are wearing?

NAVY BLUE

FMIL even called my Mom and was like I found this dress in Blue do you mind if I wear the same color?





Love how they respected my opinion LOL But I guess it's still better them some other options!

i really wanted my mom to wear a reddish burgandy color because i think she looks good in that color and it would go with the rest of the colors of the wedding, but after shopping with her (for her second MOB dress, my sister just got married in 2010) i know how hard it can be to A) find a dress you like B) one the fits well on a plus size figure and C) comes in nice colors - my mother ended up ordering a gorgesous gown that looks spectacular on her only downside is it it was only available in 2 colors black (which my italian mother would never dream of wearing to her daughters wedding) and gold which i wasnt crazy about becuase my dress is champagne but oh well as long as everyone is happy and comfortable in their outfits thats all that matters, regardless of the color of the dress your mom's gonna have the best accessory of the day a beaming smile from ear to ear!!
