My wedding is in 4 weeks and I can NOT decide on flowers. My BM's are wearing navy dresses, tea length by Jim Hjelm, silver shoes and matching wrap. My invites were brown and ivory and burgundy candles, napkin, sash for chair, for the reception...so for centerpieces orange, brown, burgundy. My dilemma, do the girls carry white and me burgundy or vice versa? Any specific flower type for fall? I don't love the mango cala lily....not sure why...anyways, please help!!! Pictures would be awesome.

My girls will be wearing navy also. I going to do all white bouquets for all of us. Mine will be roses and stephanotis I think I might use miniature carnations for them.

this sounds really nice. I think some kind of combination of white flowers would look very nice with navy blue dresses.

The white is prob. your best bet....but even the orange would look nice or deep red. I think you should hold the color...sometimes when brides have white bk's you lose the flowers in the dress..... Love the orange idea for you and white for them

we are doing mauvey pinks with some purple-blues mixed in for my girls bo-ks. their gowns are navy satin floor length, and we are making matching satin shawls for them. my bo-k is going to be a trailer of mauve colored orchids and roses with some greens and hypernicum berries mixed in.

What about doing white and a color.. Like white roses and maybe red or 3 colors white, red and orange?
But I also think all white for the BMs when you have a dark color dress is very very pretty.

IMO- I wouldn;t do a red/white combo with navy dresses!! It'll look like the 4th of July!!
my girls will be in cobalt blue - with silver accents. The florist suggested hot pink flowers, bright green & yellow.
You don't want to really use anything red & white - because then you start looking like the 4th of July - or a bomb pop - ya know???

i personally don't like things that are too matchy-matchy, so i would definitely go with bold colors (reds, oranges, golds, etc) without any white except for a possible string of pearls on the bridesmaids. those colors will also really pop against your dress, imho.

My girls will probably wear pearls, so I am thinking of mango cala lilies for them and traditional white roses for me....any thoughts? Also, if my girls wear cala lilies, then do the boys wear the same?
