Hi ladies....I hate to be a bother but could you post your navy BM dresses...
Here's my dilemma....I love love love navy but am not sure how it would look with black tuxes....any pics with the whole bridal party would be fabulous.

this isn't quite navy, but it might give you an idea. i'm having navy for my wedding, but that's another year away. this is from my brother's wedding
I think navy and black goes together beautifully and is more trendy now than it has been it's very Parisian! I almost went with navy simply because i love navy and black together!

My dresses are sapphire - love them! This is not me, but this is the dress I chose - I randomly saw my BM dresses when I was looking at the 'blue wedding' pics on the knot. I looked on the knot under 'wedding colors' and found lots of great looking images that show navy / blue dresses. As long as your flowers are light and colorful, they will really pop!
I am also doing navy--- but haven't chosen the dress yet (I need to get on that!) but thanks for the post and all of the helpful pics everyone. I agree that navy and black actually goes really nice together- crisp and classic. I also agree that the floral will really pop against the navy dresses if you choose a bright color.

I am using this color called Ink by Jim Hjelm. When I was first looking at navy dresses I had the same worries regarding the navy being too deep and clashing with the black tuxes. I found this color and loved it. The great thing about Jim Hjelm dresses, is when you pick the material and color, you can also choose from Alvina Valenta gowns, or Lazaro. My Maid of honor is wearing Jim Hjelm while the other girls are wearing Alvina, all in Tissue taffeta in the color Ink.
