Here's my dress....What do you think? Originally I was think of doing a drop necklace but I wonder if it will distract from the dress itself. I don't think the one the model is wearing is 'me' - too much going on, although is beautiful.
I've also attached an example of the necklace style I'm considering.
I think a plain neck because the top of your dress is beautiful and really doesn't need one.

it looks like what the model is wearing is 2 'levels' (so to speak)..I would def go with something similar to the 'lower level', but not as fancy and closer to the neck...your dress is absolutely beautiful, and you don't want your necklace to be too gaudy as to take away from your dress.... i style you're considering i think could work, as long as it doesnt go too far down towards the dress...am I making sense?

Just by looking at the detail in the dress, I don't think your picture matches. It's a little too clean and simple for the dress.
I agree, the choker the model has is a little too overwhelming, but maybe you should find something antique-looking to go with the embroidery of the dress.

Thanks - plus, I'm thinking the drop necklace will act as arrow to my cleavage which I don't necessarily need on my wedding day!

I think you can go naked on the neck...The dress is so beautiful as it is, it dosent really need the accent jewlery.

I think a plain necklace. YOur dress is um...GORGEOUS!!! I thought a pair of earrings like the ones below would look nice. They are from www.emitations.com: This is my favorite part about a wedding. The dress, jewelry, hair and make-up. I love looking at the pictures. But really, your dress is so pretty!
I think a 'choker' style necklace, or one that doesn't hang too far down would be nice. I do think you need something though.

Sounds like I'm better off with no necklace. Maybe I'll just do earrings and a bracelet (even though wearing a bracelet really annoys me). Something like this...
