the gold is my bridesmaids dresses- in this color. the picture makes the dress look a lighter shade than it actually is. there is bead work on the top and bottom and on the straps.
someone suggested that they not wear necklaces but i think that will look too plain. also, it's an indian wedding so typically jewelry is something always worn. please help!
sometimes simple is more elegant. I say no necklaces but really nice earings.

PLEASE don't put a necklace with this dress! It will totally take away from the look of the dress, the neckline will look cluttered and chaotic! I agree with Valenia, accesorize with earrings and bracelets!

Thanks for your advice. I didn't think a necklace would be appropriate with a halter anyway.
I think if you have to do a necklace, you could do a thin choker type, or maybe one of those invisible settings.
I think it would be better without, though.

LOVE the dress. I say NO necklace. I think it takes away from the dress, and would be too much. I say a really nice pair of earring will so.

If it is an Indian wedding- I think you could do other traditional jewelry- such as the earrings that loop around to the top- or the hair jewelry that lays down the middle of your part in hair (do you know what I'm talking about)? that would be very pretty and wouldn't take away from the dress, yet give you the traditional 'Indian' look.
