My gown has a halter top. I'm at a loss as to what type of necklace I should wear, choker, a dangling pendant type, or none at all? Suggestions, advice, pictures, places to shop are all welcome!!
TIA

Re: Necklaces
i would say just a small diamond pendent with a very thin chain or nothing.

JMO, but I am inclined to say no necklace with a halter top.

I agree - maybe do some pretty earrings, but no necklace.

i wanted to do that, but some stores have a no return policy on jewelry, but its not like I am going to bring the dress with m e to the stores to try on a necklace, although that might be funny to watch

Re: Necklaces
I would do something small and elegant. Maybe a diamond pendant on a simple chain.

my gown is a halter top as well. i thought about wearing just a simple diamond on a chain but i think i'm just going to forget about a necklace all togehter and wear earing and a headpiece (which i wasn't going to do originally) i think a necklace w/ the halter will be too much especially since the front of my dress has beading.

I always say no to a necklace with a haltar top., my BM dresses are haltar and I am not getting them anything to wear on their neck

I agree, i always say no to necklaces with a halter top.
I have strapless and im not wearing a necklace either...ill do big earrings and a bracelet but a necklace with the beading on the top of my dress would be too much

Exactly, I feel with the beadings on our dresses, the necklace would take away from it, it wouldnt look right
