I am wearing a strapless dress. Not too busy but there is a lot of work. Some people are saying, just earrings and a bracelet is all I need some are saying I can wear a simple neclace... any suggestions?

I have a busy dress too, but plan on wearing a simple pendant.
Nothing over the top. (I had a few ideas but everyone told me they were too much with the dress!)

i am wearing a strand of pearls with my strapless dress- it has a lot of beading- but I will also wear pearl drop earrings (not too large) and a bracelet.

I personally am struggling with this now. I don't like lots of jewelry, so long earrings and a necklace may be too much for me. I also do not like the way pendants (chain with just one thing hanging on it) look with straight-across necklines. If you have a sweetheart, that's a different story.
SO - if you have a very simple necklace, I think it would be fine. Pearls, etc. I also think a SHORT chain with a pendant looks ok - I hate the V look that a longer chain / pendant makes with a straight neckline .. but that is just me! If you like it go for it.
But I agree, simple is best. you don't want to take away from the whole look, and lots of distracting jewelry can do that.

my dress is pretty simple so i am wearing a simple circle diamond pendant. its also a sweetheart necklace which i think works nicely with a pendant.

Thank you soo much. I think what I will do is buy the jewelery maybe at Nordstroms because you can return there, and bring it to my next fitting and decide. You guys are the best!! I have my pics of me in my dress in my albums to get an idea. Being that its straight across and not sweetheart, I think a tiny drop if any right?

I am doing the same as you and I have spaghetti straps with my dress I am just doing earrings and a bracelet...thought about the necklass but I feel like it might be too busy.

oh i just took a look at your album. so pretty! i can see why some say all you need are earrings and a bracelet. i think that would look just fine depending on the earrings (dangly?). looks great!

I think that because you are wearing a headpiece...I would skip the necklace and go with a dangle earring and bracelet

i took a peek at your dress too.....GORGEOUS! I think you could do simple earings/simple necklace or big chandelier earings w/ no necklace...either way, you'll look fabulous!

Just saw your dress - gorgeous - and I would not wear a necklace. You have a great headpiece, a pretty busy veil (all the beading) and are also placing the veil up high - so there's a lot going on up there. I would just do earrings and a necklace.
I need to know what you do for your arms. I am working mine out and they look nice but I want them to look like yours!!!!!!

i share your dilemma, i have a simple dress, minimal stuff going on with it... i have a crystal watch already and i wanna wear a tiara and veil, would necklace and earrings be too much???

i bought a simple crystal pendant from swarovski with the matching stud earrings
