Need a checklist

Maybe this is a dumb question- but what do I need for a wedding? I mean everything!! Trying to do a budget So far I have

Ceremony
Reception (hall)
Photo
Video
Flowers
DJ
Invites
STD
HM
Rings
Favors
Attire
Makeup
Hair

I KNOW I am missing things!! What are they?

TIA

Re: Need a checklist

try the Knot. they have a pretty good online checklist and a budgeter and payment tracker that I have been using. so far, so good.

Re: Need a checklist

Your dress! Veil, tiara, jewelry (if you are buying new) crinoline, corset? (is that included in attire?)

Limo?

Rehersal Dinner, if you are paying (and invites)

Bridesmaids Luncheon, if you are doing that

Hotel for the night of the wedding

Gifts for bridesmaids

Lingerie

I'm sure there is more to add!

Officiants fee. Also remember to leave some room for tax, I always forget about that and it kinda screws the budget up. I would seriously suggest you invest in a bridal planner, they have checklists including about how much things usually cost. I've used mine so far like a bible, it's great!

Re: Need a checklist

Here's a list from Jimmysbride - it has everything.

Also I think the Knot has a list and you can add your own personal items to it.

Hope its helpful.
