i know, picking up the rings really drove it home for me today. i'm waiting for fh to come over and i'm SO excited to show him... did you guys get your wedding bands yet?
I think it should all be fun from here. I think all the major stuff is done so even though there are still little things to do (like, um, INVITES) it's nothing overly major and it will be fun! I can't wait!

i ordered one more sample; i'm hoping that is IT and we'll love it.
btw. when i first looked at rings they were one price. the prices have been going up constantly because of the market for gold and precious metals... i was going to post this today and i forgot. I first saw the rings I liked 1 -2 months ago and he quoted me one price, and i didn't order them. then i went back two weeks later and they were $250 more. so we ordered them then. suddenly fh decided he wanted a platinum band and platinum is even crazier than white gold.
then today when i picked them up the guy was like - just so you know, be glad you got them when you did b/c platinum is now $300 more! i've been following the market and i believe him, so just a heads up. definitely shop around and bargain - i'm not a good bargainer, i didn't even try.
