Need a good home for a great Dog

FH's mother was friends with a man that loved his dog Flynn and would take him and FMIL dog out to play all the time. This man passed away leaving his dog to his daughter who isn't a dog person. His daughter is looking for a good home for him so she doesn't have bring him to a shelter.

FH and I wish we could take him, but we can't have dogs in our building.

Flynn is trained with all his shots. He is a 7 year old Cattle dog.

Please help
