Need a good Hors d'Oeuvres...

I have to make something for a party on Friday and I'm wondering if anyone has any good ideas for something quick and easy... finger food... appetizer?

THANKS!

you could buy chicken tenderloins ( or even stir fry chicken) bread and season them, or bake in buffalo sauce. Put them on skwers and serve them that way. There are lots you can do with chicken and it's quick.

But when I don't want to cook, I just put out the old stand-by - cheese/crackers with beef salami (we don't eat pork so no pepperoni, or italian salami, etc). Big olives stuffed with different things. And I ALWAYS have a big costco size box of cocktail weenies in my freezer!

I LOVE spinach dip in a big bread bowl or brie melted in croissant. Does this party happen to be in Springs? And if so do I have to bring something too

Um... yes it happens to be in Springs and I just decided that I'm going with a no brainer... Shrimp Cocktail. I can't think of anything to really make. I don't want them to have to bother warming anything up and I can't come up with anything creative enough amd simple enough that's cold until.....

Shrimp.
