need a little help here....

so I am starting back onto planning this wedding... i've been too lay back and i need to set up prices...to see what i can and cannot do...can you please help me by telling me the average price and what's expensive for the following vendors those are the only ones i need....

Flowers ( i want low center pieces, ceremony arrangements, sweetheart table arrangements BM's bou-k's and my bou-k i think that's about it)

Limo.... I think I want 3 limos and a rolls or bentley...

those are the major vendors i want to look into and want to book before the year mark... please help thanks
