Need a little help with something

I got a letter in the mail from Horizan Engineering assosiates and it is a weird letter. I am hoping someone can help me with this.

It starts by saying since November they have been accepting applications for the position and it is to begin the summer of this year.

It said if I am interested in interviewing i need to call their office to set up an interview.

The dates and times available are:
Wed May 28 10 - 4
Thurs May 29 11 - 3
Frida May 30 9 - 2

Is this a mass interview where 100's of people will show up, fill out an application, then just wait.

I never got a letter like this so I dont know what it means. Can someone please help me.

Is there are phone # on it that you can call and find out?? DId you apply somewhere for a job with this company?? I say go, as long as you do not have to pay any kind of fee. What kind of dress code do they require?? Will you be interviewed or do they just want you to show up with a resume and fill out an application?? How did they get your name???

Yes, there will probably be tons of people there since it was a general letter. Get there early!

Is there are phone # on it that you can call and find out?? Yes its on company letterhead so I can call the main office number. It has no direct number to speak to a person so I guess its the main number and i will speak to a receptionist.

Did you apply somewhere for a job with this company?? I most likely applied back in November through Hotjobs.

This is something I'll have to call and ask them. What kind of dress code do they require?? Will you be interviewed or do they just want you to show up with a resume and fill out an application?? How did they get your name???

They also sent me a brochure about the company.

I called.

Its a letter that was sent to everyone they want to interview.

I am going Thursday May 29 at noon to meet with HR.

I guess it really doesnt hurt till you call

It might be set-up like a job-fair. If you were interested in November, go for it, you have nothing to lose.

I cant believe they sent me a brochure about the company. I have been reading the brochure and checking them out on line.

You girls are right, you never know.
