Ok this is the situation.. I would love to have an antique car to pose in with my future DH. on the day of the wedding. We are talking like 20 - 30 minutes max usage.. Would anyone know of anyone who has an older car from this era who would be willing to drive out to West Sayville C C on 7/7/07 for some $$.

Most limo companies that i contacted generally want you to rent a vintage limo for the full 3hours since I dont' need one for those 3 hours It doesn't make sense for me to do this.. also I tried filmcars.com they are away on some convention that week.. I am open to ideas here..

Call Sir Oliver and talk to Jennifer...she is sooooooo nice!!!

Were doing the same thing with a 1940s caddy and are NOT paying the full 3 hour rate!! Only like 2 someting I thinK! HTH!!!

I don't know if Royalty Limos will let you get it for just on ehour-- but we booked their 1929 rolls-- its white and black & i love it! they are a vendor here& if you go to their website and check out the pics-- you can see their options...good luck. sorry if i didn't help!

can you ask for a 'pick up/drop off'? that way you won't have to pay for the 3 hours. i know a lot of limo places do this, though i don't know about their policy on vintage cars. just don't tell them what you're planning on doing with it until they get there. it's not like your cheating them (you're still paying) and you'll probably be using it for less time then a REAL pickup/drop off. hth.

PIck up and drop off was a no go at one place .. they said the travel to West Sayville would be like 40 and then drive back they woud have to charge me 400 I was getting quotes on certain vintage cars to almost a $1000 for just an hour.. insane

Call Romantique Limos - they're in Bklyn, and I'm 99.9% sure they have a 1939 Caddy.

I am having a 1929 Model A phaeton (ford0. My dad was a member of the Model A Phaeton club of LI so his friend is taking me but i know that does weddings. If you want me to get you his number just FM me.

There were only a few hundred made so they are super antique, like with the crank in the front to get them going.
