Need a PERSONAL TRAINER??

I know that many brides-to-be want to get into shape before the big day...so I want to offer my services to anyone who's interested.


I just moved back to LI. I went to school in Florida...graduated with a degree in Athletic Training/Exercise Science. I have been personal training for the past 4 years. I am looking to get back into doing in-home private training. Anyone who is looking for a personal trainer to come to their homes...let me know. I live in Quogue, but am frequently in the Smithtown-Deer Park Area....or wherever in between. My last client in Florida just got married. She lost over 25 pounds...and EVERYONE was complimenting her at her wedding...I'm not bragging...she worked her @$$ off!!! But, I'd love to help you get into shape, lose weight, or just motivate you. Have you checked out Sportstime in East Quogue? They have alot of wealthy members who hire Personal Trainers.

Also, you can check out World's Gym in Hampton Bays. I have a few friends who work there.

But to be honest, Sportstime has alot of wealthy members. I went to Sportstime for over 8 yrs, before it was Sportstime it was HAC.
I know the majority of the Aerobic Instructors. I took all the classes when I went there. I love Step!! It's my fav, do you teach Step?

Also, the Omni in Southampton might be a good place to go. Never been there, but wealthy members to.

I now go to a gym in Moriches, closer to where I live now.

I'm not a step-aerobics instructor, however I am a cardio-kickboxing instructor...which in my opinion is MORE fun!!! :)
