Need a Place to LIVE!!
Hi girls, OK so just gonna vent a little bit and to whoever wants to read this is more than welcome to. Fh and I have this opportunity to get a townhouse in massapequa, under the next generation housing program, its a new townhouse for a good price, brand new and all that. Yesterday, FH went to his first meeting to see where we stand with the morgage and to find out more. They said the earliest we would close is December....were getting married in NOvemeber and people said toadd 2-3 months onto that december quote...we also found out that reselling is going to be difficult...we could only resell for a certain price and to only people that qualify...so we decided that we will still keep this opportunity, but now start looking hard core, we dont have that much and cant afford alot thts why this townhouse was sooo great...were looking at everything...condos in great neck which arent bad, and if we could find a good house, but a place where the taxes arent crazy!! So this was just to vent out a little and to see if ANYONE out there knows of anything Let me know!! Thanks im stressin out a little so anything would help
