price doesnt matter, its a special day for us...and no particular food we love italian, steak, mexican

It's late for reservations but some nice places on the nassau suffolk border are:
Four on 110 (don't know how the food is) Bang in the Woodbury commons -- asian fusion Il Mullino -- Roslyn, I believe Prime in Huntington for steak- outdoor dinning Tutto Pazzo in Huntington Italian Besito -- Roslyn & Huntington Mexican Steamboat landing -- Glen Cove -- Outdoor dining
My pick would be to go to Tutto Pazzo for dinner and then walk over to Prime and have some drinks on the water. They are right across the street from each other.
