I'M HAVING A BIT OF TROUBLE FINDING A VENUE IN MY $50.00 - $75.00 PP PRICE RANGE. I'M WILLING TO COMPROMISE ON EVERYTHING BUT THE FOOD CAN SOMEONE RECOMMEND A VENUE FOR MY RECEPTION WHERE THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD? I LIVE IN BROOKLYN BUT LOCATION ISN'T AN ISSUE. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!

Manor East in Massapequa, the coral house or west lake inn in patchogue... I wish I would have booked at the coral house or west lake inn. I would suggest my hall (verdi's of westbury) because the food was amazing, the VH was perfect, my room was beautiful, but I was not happy with a lot of other things (um, my toilet overflowing in my bridal suite, when I told someone I was laughed at, my bridal attendant going missing so I had to walk around with my dress undone trying to find someone to zip me up, and oh... them letting another bride into my reception) if you can see past all that, then try verdis.

i think it depends on the time of year and the day you want to get married...i can tell you i went to watermill & fox hollow and they are way over your budget for a saturday night.

me and the FH can kinda be food snobs so we really narrowed down our list to catering halls that are also restaurants, like Fox Hollow or Swan Club or Westbury Manor for example maybe i'm wrong but i just feel like if the place is also a restaurant theres a better chance for higher quality of food

Chateau Briand is an excellent venue with great food. I also have a great deal available because I am having to cancel my wedding due to financial hardships. Please respond if interested. The date is not a problem.

We had the Starlight Room for the ceremony, the Garden Room for Cocktail Hour and Penthouse for the reception. Let me see what I can find...

We just booked at the Fox Hollow and it can be within your price range, the food is very good I ate at their restaurant before.
In Brooklyn, I would check out Buckley's their food is amazing!
Otherwise Sans Souci (in winter months) or Greentree Country Club. My cousin was just married at Greentree and the food was very good, and its a pretty place and reasonably priced.

The Lombardi's always have amazing food! Not sure if that will be in your budget but depending on the day you choose it could be possible!
I agree with this, but I think you may have to go for an afternoon wedding if you want it to fit in your budget, amazing food tho!
Also Westbury Manor in the 'off season' months you should be able to have those prices (food is delicious) we signed right after the taste testing

We wanted the same...great food at a good price. I went to a ton of bridal showcases and was not always thrilled with what they served. We wound up booking at Timber Point Country Club and after tasting the food it was a no brainer! Timber Point is in your price range, time of year depending. But Lessings has other sights that may be more/less expensive but they use the same caterers so the same food! Good luck!
